The Zenger Substation LIVE!

We’ll try our hand at creating engaging short videos and film content under 30 seconds. Participants will explore various approaches to cinematic language and its forms. We’ll investigate The Cabinet of Electrical Curiosities, a site-specific installation by artist Mark Dion, who explores and categorizes the remains of the former transformer station, playfully approaching museum presentation. Using cameras, we’ll search for and collect current curiosities from Kunsthalle Praha, which we’ll place in our own digital cabinet. The workshop will use iPads with iMovie.
