TERMS AND CONDITIONS: MEMBERS’ TRIPS
The organizer of Members’ Trips (art trips) is Kunsthalle Praha, endowment fund, registered office at Klárov 132/5, Malá Strana (Prague 1), 118 00 Prague, ID No. 045 35 871. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in art trips organized as part of the Kunsthalle Praha membership program (hereinafter referred to as the "Trip").
1. Reservations and Participation
Participation in the Trip is by reservation only and is confirmed upon receipt of the participation fee. This opportunity is available exclusively to Kunsthalle Praha members. Those in the Double, Friends, Patron, and Patron+ categories are also welcome to reserve a place and pay the fee for an accompanying guest.
2. Price and Scope of Services
The participation fee includes only the services explicitly stated in the program of the specific Trip. The participation fee does not include, in particular:

Travel insurance

Accommodation
-
Airfare, airport transfers

Local city transport

Meals and refreshments
-
Other personal expenses of the participants
3. Travel Insurance
Every participant joins the Trip at their own risk and acknowledges that the participation fee does not include travel insurance. We recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance individually.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following fees based on the notice period provided before the start of the event:
