Members will visit the studio of Marie Lukáčová and explore her recent work.
During the meeting, they you will gain insight into the artist's interdisciplinary practice spanning film, animation, text, and other media. Intertwined in her work are personal experience, imagination, and an interest in the relationships between the human and non human worlds. Her drawings offer a view into vibrant landscapes where the boundaries between plants, animals, and humans blur.
There will also be room for an informal discussion about the creation of her works and the broader context of the exhibition Memory of Touch: Chapter I, where the artist is presenting her piece Linden Lips & Spruce Eyes. In addition, she has created small visual interventions for the printed catalogue.а
