Free Guided Tour: Notes on Us for Teachers (CZE)

The guided tour through the exhibition Notes on Us introduces visitors to the American artist John Sanborn, who is among the most significant figures of experimental video art of the 1970s and 1980s. Later, this audiovisual creator played a role in the flourishing of MTV's music video aesthetics and the expansion of the contemporary phenomenon of digital art in Hollywood.

The tour will uncover the story of the work V+M (2015) and will also focus on the context of works with themes of gender identity.

• The tour will be led by Martina Freitagová and Barbora Škaloudová, and it will include an introduction to educational programs.
