Boris Groys & Tevž Logar: Collecting in the Digital Age

In his talk, the world-renowned art critic Boris Groys will reflect on the expansion of art production and distribution through the lens of digital media and how the assembled artworks will be collected and preserved in the future.

The talk will be followed by the discussion between Boris Groys and Tevž Logar, which will evolve around the possibilities of collecting that were raised by Groys in his book Logic of the Collection and trying to establish connections to the current exhibition at the Kunsthalle Praha, Lost in the Moment That Follows.

Boris Groys is a Professor at the Faculty of Arts and Science, New York University, and a Professor of Philosophy and Art History EGS, Saas Fee, Switzerland.
