AI IMAGE WARM-UP
Let’s explore the potential and limits of creative work with artificial intelligence together. How can it support artistic creation? What should we focus on—and how do we actually communicate with AI?
This workshop will focus on working with images and videos, taking inspiration from the exhibitions: Alice Bucknell: Persistent Worlds and Roman Ondak: The Day After Yesterday. We'll look closely at the subtle shifts and transformations in their objects and installations.
Using AI, we’ll experiment with animating static shots of selected artworks to create short video pieces. Participants will use tablets and the Runway app to generate visuals from both image and text (everything will be provided). We’ll develop our imagination, refine our prompts, and practise describing both still and moving images.
