Next week we are openning The Day After Yesterday

Next week, we will open The Day After Yesterday, the first major retrospective of internationally acclaimed conceptual artist Roman Ondák in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will experience over three decades of his work, with nearly fifty pieces across various media. Iconic works such as Measuring the Universe, a participatory performance shown in leading museums worldwide, will be on display. Most recently, it was presented at Tate, and now it is coming to Prague.

Ondák continues the legacy of conceptual art from the 1960s and 70s. He works with everyday situations and materials, subtly transforming them into poetic reflections on time, memory, and identity.

Members can see the exhibition first on Wednesday, 12 November, from 11 AM to 9 PM. For everyone else, it opens on Thursday, 13 November, and will run until 9 March 2026. The exhibition also features works from the Kunsthalle Praha collection, curated by Barbora Ropková.
