Terms & Conditions of the Member Loyalty Promotion Five Stars of Art Collector 

  1. The operator of the loyalty programme is Kunsthalle Praha, Endowment Fund, ID No.: 045 35 871, with registered office at E Klárov 132/5, Malá Strana (Prague 1), 118 00 Prague, Czech Republic. 

  2. Members of Kunsthalle Praha with a valid membership plan can collect stamps in their loyalty card for each visit to Kunsthalle Praha. 

  3. Members receive their loyalty card at the Kunsthalle Praha ticket desk (in the case of a membership purchased as a gift package, or they may request a loyalty card at the ticket desk at any time; the card is issued on the spot). 

  4. The loyalty card is non-transferable and intended exclusively for holders of a membership card. 

  5. All membership categories of Kunsthalle Praha are entitled to receive a stamp for each visit to an exhibition or participation in a programme held at Kunsthalle Praha. 

  6. A member receives a stamp upon entering the exhibition spaces after presenting their membership card or the membership QR code in electronic form. For programs that take place outside the exhibition spaces (such as KunstKino, workshops, etc.), members also receive a stamp at the exhibition entrance, upon presenting a ticket for the given program and only on the day the program takes place. In the case of a lecture series (e.g., the TransformArt lecture cycle), only one stamp may be collected for the entire series. 

  7. The number of stamps per visit is limited to one stamp per day. If a member with a Double, Friends, Patron or Patron+ membership visits with a guest, they still receive only one stamp. 

  8. If the card is lost or stolen, the member may pick up a new blank card at the Kunsthalle Praha ticket desk; previously collected stamps cannot be transferred or reinstated. 

  9. After collecting five stamps on the loyalty card, the member is entitled to one complimentary coffee of their choice* at the Kunsthalle Praha Café. The free coffee is provided upon presentation of the fully stamped card. The card is handed over to the café staff when the benefit is redeemed. 

  10. The loyalty programme is not time-limited; however, Kunsthalle Praha reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme at any time, even without prior notice.
