While art is typically viewed in a positive light, it can also be employed to spread propaganda, lies, and hatred. Caricatures, comics, graffiti, memes, and manipulated images often serve as vehicles for antisemitism, Islamophobia, racism, misogyny, or prejudice against the LGBT community. Through specific examples, Tomas Koblizek demonstrates how art is exploited to promote such content and examines whether it can simultaneously function as an effective counterweight to challenge these hostile ideologies.
