For more than fifty years, Messager has explored contrasts in her work, such as care and violence, order and chaos, humour and sadness, using toys, fabrics, photographs, and other everyday objects. Her works invite us to take a fresh look at what we tend to take for granted: the body, our desires, and the stories that shape the way we see the world.

During the guided tour, you will discover immersive textile installations filled with movement and light, where challenging social issues are approached with perspective and wit.
