During the guided tour of the exhibition Annette Messager: Tragikomedie, participants will learn more about the French artist’s work and discuss the themes it explores. With insights from the gallery’s educators, they will take a closer look at individual works as well as the exhibition’s overall concept.

In her installations, Annette Messager brings together objects, textiles, light and movement to create immersive environments that draw viewers in. Throughout her practice, she explores the tension between opposites such as care and violence, order and chaos, or humour and sadness.
