Curator Guided Tour: The Unsettled Soul with Christelle Havranek (CZE)

The Unsettled Soul is Chiharu Shiota's first solo exhibition in the Czech Republic. This internationally acclaimed artist is renowned for her captivating spatial installations, which address profound human themes such as life, death, and interpersonal relationships. In her large-scale installations, Shiota often incorporates various objects and memorabilia. As part of her artistic exploration of themes of existence and absence, Shiota also works with drawing, sculpture, photography, and video.
