A guided tour of the exhibition by French artist Annette Messager, whose installations incorporate everyday objects, textiles and found materials, transforming them into multilayered narratives.

During the tour, participants will focus on ways of making contemporary art more accessible to students. They will explore how works of art tell stories and express emotions, memories and uncertainties. The tour will also open up themes of identity, the relationship between the body and material, and the interplay between the tragic and the comic.

The session will also include an introduction to the current educational programme for schools, including guided tours, workshops and other ways of using the exhibition in the classroom.
