Art ‘n’ Dine with Radka Denemarková

The next Art 'n' Dine evening is approaching! An invitation to the event on Wednesday, 24 January, starting at 18:00, has been accepted by Radka Denemarková – a writer, literary historian, screenwriter, translator, and dramaturge. She is one of the most translated contemporary Czech authors and the only Czech author to have received the Magnesia Litera award four times.

Together with Kunsthalle’s co-founder Petr Pudil, they will discuss books and literature, art, the current digital era, and past times – all from various perspectives. They will connect this discussion to the READ exhibition, which questions our relationship with books as physical objects and knowledge in the age of digital media.

The evening will include a presentation of a work from the collection of Kunsthalle Praha that has been selected for you by Radka herself and will be presented live by the art collection team. The evening will continue with a dinner buffet prepared by chef Martin Jandík, all in the unmistakable atmosphere of our industrial bistro. We look forward to seeing you!
